Raymond the Raccoon books focus on teaching children important health and wellbeing concepts, such as: balancing screen time, mindfulness, physical health, emotional wellbeing, resilience, and other similar topics. We believe teaching children these concepts from an early age will enable them to have more positive relationships, better self-esteem, and a more positive outlook on life.

Our books are suitable for children aged 3-10 years, depending on how much scaffolding is provided. Although they are suitable for older primary school aged children to read independently, they are chiefly designed to be read between an adult and a child, so that productive conversations can be had before, during, and afterwards. As such, we have included guiding questions and prompts in a ‘Parent and Teacher Notes’ section found at the end of each book.
